He is a progressive senior leader and management consultant with broad experience that brings a good balance of “real life” experiences and practical consulting and coaching expertise.
Allan is an Associate of Purvis Consulting and a Director of Results Consulting (Australia) Pty Ltd a Canberra-based, nationally focused organisational improvement firm. He was Senior Manager and Practice Leader of the KPMG Consulting Business Improvement Practice in Adelaide (1997- 2001).
Allan’s work career has included leadership roles in the Australian Government Sector in Canberra, Queensland and Western Australia. His consulting career has focused on business improvement, organisational development and leadership development in the Australian Government, State Government, Local Government, Finance, Utilities, and Resources Sectors.
This experience is underpinned by qualifications in business with a Graduate Diploma in Management and Graduate Management Qualification from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a broad range of Psychological Profiling, Team Management, Training, and Performance Management accreditations.
