Ann-Marie began her career at KPMG Management Consulting and delivered at Management and Executive level within a diverse range of organisations/industries over the past 17 years. Ann-Marie has worked across the South Australia, Eastern Board and overseas.
The range of industries include: Energy, Banking, Finance, Retail, Petroleum, Federal, State and Local Government, Aged Care, Pharmaceutical, Insurance and Management Consulting sectors.
These wide ranging experiences are underpinned by Ann-Marie’s qualifications in business with a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Adelaide, a Bachelor of Education from the University of South Australia and a broad range of Psychological Profiling, High Performance Teams, Training, Project Management and Coaching accreditations.

Ann-Marie has developed and delivered a range of consulting solutions and programs for organisations seeking strategic and sustainable change. These programs have varied in scope from organisation, division and team through to individual level.
Ann-Marie delivers a broad range of consulting solutions and training programs to a range of clients. Courses and workshops include: Strategic Planning, Business Management, Continuous Improvement, People Management (HR and Interpersonal topics) and Change and Innovation.
Executive Coaching Programs
As an Executive Coach, Ann-Marie has worked with a range of clients at levels ranging from CEO/Senior Executive roles to senior and middle management.
Ann-Marie is a qualified practitioner of the GROW® model of Executive Coaching (University of NSW, School of Leadership) and is internationally accredited as an Advanced Myers Briggs® practitioner.
These tools have provided rigor and support to the Executive Coaching experience.
